The safest most efficient way of cooling your wastewater after boiler blowdown
All steam boilers must be regularly blown down to reduce the concentration of suspended and dissolved solids in the water. The wastewater is under pressure and at extreme temperature, so the blowdown vessel provides a safe means of storing and cooling the water before discarding it to drain.
Blowdown vessels can be sold through our boiler house supplies department and are available to order in a variety of sizes to suit your boiler pressure requirements.
