Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of manufacturing activities on site.

This role will work closely with our remote production scheduling function (based overseas), ensuring that the master schedule is effectively translated into daily factory activity.

The focus of the role is not long-term scheduling, but short-term coordination, execution, and maintaining flow across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Plan Execution

      - Translate the master production schedule into clear daily work plans

      - Ensure work orders are released, prioritised, and ready for execution

      - Monitor progress against plan and flag issues early

• Work Order Coordination

      - Distribute work orders to manufacturing teams via managers / chargehands

      - Ensure all required information, materials, and documentation are available

      - Track work through each stage of production

• Resource Coordination

      - Adjust day-to-day labour allocation in response to:

            *Absence

            * Changing priorities

            * Production constraints

      - Work with managers / chargehands to rebalance workload and maintain progress

•  Cross-Functional Communication

      - Act as a key link between:

            * Production teams

            * Procurement

            * Projects / Design

            * Remote Planning function

      - Communicate risks and issues affecting delivery

      - Support resolution of material or information gaps

•  Maintaining Factory Flow

      - Support the smooth flow of work through the factory

      - Identify and escalate:

            * Blocked or stalled work orders

            * Material shortages

            * Bottlenecks

      - Help ensure work progresses from start through to completion without interruption

• Systems & Data Accuracy

      - Maintain accurate work order and planning data within ERP systems

      - Ensure progress is correctly captured and updated

      - Support reporting on production activity and issues

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing / production environment

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Confident communicator across shopfloor and office teams

• Basic understanding of:

      - Work orders

      - Production processes

• Creating the master production schedule

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated workshop-based Electrician to join our team to carry out the installation and assembly of electrical systems. Based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives when trusted to work independently. You’ll be expected to manage your own workload, solve problems proactively, and maintain high standards with minimal supervision.

The role will also include the expectation that you support and guide colleagues that are assigned to work with you, helping them develop safe working practices, improve their skills and maintain the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wiring in accordance with 18th edition electrical regulations and electrical engineering drawings.
  • Installation of electrical containment, cable tray, metal conduit and Uni strut supports.
  • Running cables and installing flexible conduit runs.
  • Installation and connection of lights, switches and LV equipment.
  • Installation and connection of 3-phase distribution boards and motors/VSD.
  • Termination of control panels and control equipment.
  • Use safety equipment, PPE and protective devices and equipment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar electrical role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to address business needs.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal apprenticeship in Electrical Installation.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671.
  • ECS Gold Card Installation Electrician.
  • MEWP Licence.
  • Driving License.

Overview

 We are recruiting for a Panel Wirer to join our team carrying out the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels, working in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

 The role requires the ability to manage your own workload effectively, working independently from technical drawings while maintaining high levels of accuracy and workmanship.

 Join a friendly and supportive team, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines, support the completion of panels as part of a team, and assist in the guidance and development of apprentices.

 A proactive approach and strong attention to detail are essential to ensure builds are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures from technical drawings and schematics.
  • Interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schedules, and layout drawings.
  • Install components such as PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
  • Carry out point-to-point wiring and cable terminations to a high standard.
  • Use powered hand tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other workshop equipment for panel cutouts and assembly.
  • Input and manage basic production or build data using IT systems where required.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant UK regulations (e.g. BS 7671 and health & safety standards).
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Identify and report any design or build issues to supervisors or engineers.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  •  Previous experience as a Panel Wirer or similar electrical assembly role.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Competence in using powered hand tools safely (e.g. drills, jigsaws).
  • Basic IT skills, including the ability to use computer systems to generate cable numbers and panel labels.
  • Knowledge of electrical components and panel layouts.
  • Good practical wiring skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of electrical safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

 Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  •  Relevant electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
  • Experience with PLC wiring and industrial control systems.
