• Booking accommodation, transport or site access arrangements for engineers.

• Handling general email inboxes and responding to customer queries professionally.
• Escalating urgent service issues or customer concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Processing weekly timesheets.
• Maintaining accurate records in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint or internal systems.
• Assisting in general administration duties.
• Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 – depending on experience.
